On site service is available for setup issues and most minor repairs.
Although due to the nature of PC repair it is necessary for us to have the PC
in our shop for reloading the operating system, backups, recovery and some
parts replacement.
By appointment only. Emergency onsite service available.

- Pickup
and drop off service is available with in our service area. (call for
details)
- Equipment
must be disconnected prior to pickup unless onsite service has been
arranged.
- Reconnecting
PC is left to the customer unless prior arrangements are made.
- Pickup and
drop off is not an "on site service call". We will bring the machine
to our repair facility free of charge.
- Drop off driver
cannot reconnect equipment without a properly
scheduled onsite service call.
